GENERAL COTTAGE PRICING
* Although we welcome dogs we charge an additional housekeeping fee of £25.00 per dog.
In Posties we ask that dogs are restricted to 2, in Foulain we allow 3. However in Foulain
we have excellent kennels adjacent to the house and would prefer pets are kept in there.
* Bedding is included in the charge however towels are not. These can be supplied at
£10/person/week.
* A deposit of £150.00 is required to secure your booking the balance falling due 1 month
prior to arrival.
* Any damages are the responsibilty of our guests, we make a charge for any additional
housekeeping resulting from smoking in our properties.
Our changeover day is Sunday for Foulain and Saturday for Posties and Farm Cottage. We offer discounts on bookings for over 2 weeks and will try to accommodate part weeks wherever possible.
